Job Description : Head of Manufacturing ?Locations: Holland and Germany (Dual-site oversight) Open to International candidates with 25+ years experience ?Reporting to: Director / COO ?Industry: Engineering / Sheet Metal Fabrication / Automotive / Industrial Equipment ?Key Responsibilities ?Production Excellence: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes including CNC Laser Cutting, Punching, Bending, Welding (Robot/Manual), and Powder Coating. ?Strategic Planning: Develop and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines across both plants. ?Operational Efficiency: Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and optimize cycle times. ?Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet ISO and industry-specific quality standards; implement robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). ?Supply Chain & Cost Control: Manage shop-floor budgets, reduce BoM costs, and oversee inventory management. ?Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a diverse workforce of engineers and shop-floor technicians, fostering a culture of safety and high performance
