Job Description : Plant Manager – Greenfield Plant SWEDEN Open to International candidates A leading global automotive company is setting up a new greenfield manufacturing plant We are hiring an experienced Plant Manager (25+ years) to lead the entire plant setup from scratch and manage full-scale operations. You will own: Complete plant establishment & production ramp-up Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance & P&L Building & leading a high-performance team from Day 1 Ideal Profile: 15+ years in automotive manufacturing (Tier-1 preferred) Proven experience in leading greenfield plant setup Strong expertise in IATF 16949, Lean, TPM & operational excellence A rare hands-on leadership opportunity to build a world-class facility from zero.
