Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – FinTech | GCC An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a rapidly growing FinTech organisation in the GCC. This role will play a critical part in shaping the company’s financial strategy as the business continues its expansion across the region. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Board, driving financial performance, governance, and strategic growth in a fast-paced digital financial services environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the overall financial strategy and planning for the organisation • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management • Ensure regulatory compliance within the GCC financial services and FinTech ecosystem • Support fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations • Drive financial transformation, automation, and scalable financial infrastructure • Partner with the executive leadership team to support strategic decision-making • Manage relationships with regulators, banks, auditors, and key stakeholders Requirements • Proven experience as CFO or Finance Director within FinTech, Mobile Money, digital banking, payments, or financial services • Strong knowledge of financial regulation and compliance in the GCC • Experience supporting high-growth or scaling technology-led businesses • Track record in fundraising, M&A, or capital markets • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent
