Technical Manager

Job Description : Technical Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Projects: High-Rise Building Projects Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Manager to ensure excellence in design, engineering, and construction execution across multiple projects. This role involves establishing robust technical systems, overseeing design coordination, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and driving innovation, quality, and efficiency across all project phases. ?? Key Responsibilities ?? Lead and oversee all technical aspects of ongoing building projects ?? Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions ?? Coordinate with consultants, project teams, and site staff to resolve technical issues ?? Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and company standards ?? Drive quality control, technical procedures, and site execution excellence ?? Facilitate coordination across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines ?? Conduct technical audits and ensure adherence to approved drawings ?? Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and efficiency ?? Mentor and manage technical teams for high performance ?? Implement BIM and digital tools for coordination and efficiency ?? Support project teams with construction methodologies and technical guidance ?? Requirements ?? Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering ?? 16+ years of experience in UAE building contracting ?? Minimum 4 years in a managerial/leadership role ?? Strong expertise in high-rise building projects ?? In-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and authority approvals
