Maintenance Manager

Job Description : E&I Maintenance Manager – Bulk Material Handling ???? ???? Location: Oman ? Availability: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred We are looking for a highly experienced E&I Maintenance Manager to lead Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities for large-scale Bulk Material Handling operations. This is a senior leadership role offering excellent exposure, stability, and competitive benefit. ? Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance activities Ensure high availability of systems including: Conveyors, stackers, reclaimers Crushers, ship loaders & unloaders Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs Troubleshoot and resolve E&I faults to minimize downtime Manage PLC, SCADA & control systems for plant automation Oversee calibration, testing, and maintenance of field instruments Plan and lead shutdowns, breakdowns, and major repair activities Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies Lead, train, and supervise engineers, technicians, and contractors Coordinate with operations, mechanical teams, and external vendors Monitor maintenance KPIs, spare parts, and cost control Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports ???? Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering 14–18 years of E&I maintenance experience Strong exposure to Bulk Material Handling / Cement / Mining / Port Operations In-depth knowledge of: PLCs (Siemens, Allen?Bradley, etc.) SCADA / DCS systems Motors, VFDs, MCCs, Switchgear Field instrumentation & calibration Experience with large conveyor systems and automation Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills Sound knowledge of HSE standards and best practices ????
