Job Description : CFO MUMBAI INDIA for a Retail Organisation, gearing up for an IPO. Current scale of the organisation is around 600 cr, with major expansion plans. We are looking for someone with experience in IPO ( recent)M&A, Investor Relations, Fund Raising, in addition to the routine Accounting and Finance. Preference would be from Retail or a similar set up, but we are open to explore suitable candidates from other industries too. Role is based in Mumbai. Indicated Budget is a fixed 1.25 cr.
