Job Description : Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Requirements - Must have experience within Manufacturing/ Trading industry - other industries will not considered - Experience in recruiting within Africa predominately West Africa - Proven ability to work on high volume roles ( 60-70 roles per month at minimum) - Proven track record of streamlining process, reporting to the senior leadership team and some degree of workforce planning. - Managing a team of 5 across UAE and India Salary- 30k-35k Indian Nationals preferred Must be presentable and clear communication
