Sales Manager

Job Description : Manager Sales Automobile Spares Designation: Manager Sales Automobile Spares Industry: Automobile Spare parts (Preferred heavy vehicle spare parts industry). We are seeking an experienced Manager Sales Automobile Spares to oversee and expand our Automobile spare parts business operations across Uganda. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and enhancing operational efficiency. As SM, you will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, mentoring and supporting local teams, driving business strategies, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships—both internal and external. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. • Review and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and enhance product offerings. • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Collaborate with strong regional or independent major key retailers, distributors, and partners. • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed. • Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory, quality, and company standards. • Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and best practices. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operational and financial performance. • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints, incidents, or legal issues promptly. Candidate Requirements: • Education: · PGDM/MBA from a reputed institution preferred. · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field acceptable. • Experience: · Minimum 8 years of management and leadership experience, Mandatory in automobile spare parts. • Skills & Competencies: · Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office, CRM plaorms, and project management tools. · Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in Automobile heavy vehicle spare parts will be given preference.
