Job Description : Financial Controller for a Luxury Hotel / Resort in East Africa (Single Status Only) Mandatory: International work experience outside home country, as well as East Africa experience This position requires a seasoned hospitality finance professional with proven experience in international, remote, or developing-market locations—ideally within East Africa—and the ability to thrive in a high-end resort environment • Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent strongly preferred) • Prior experience working in East Africa is mandatory • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance leadership role Compensation: US$4,000 (per month – negotiable) + all company benefits including housing, medical, flights, relocation support, etc.
