Job Description : Workshop Manager (Heavy Equipment) ???? Fujairah, UAE Prime Rocks is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the central workshop supporting four group companies, managing a fleet of approximately 60 units. Key Responsibilities: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment (Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks, Drill Rigs, etc.) Manage and lead mechanics and electricians Ensure maximum equipment availability with minimal downtime Diagnose technical issues and provide hands-on support when required Maintain workshop efficiency, safety standards, and proper reporting Requirements: Proven hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance Strong knowledge of Caterpillar, Komatsu, Zoomlion, etc. Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Strong leadership and organizational abilities
