Job Description : GM OMAN For construction and EPC General Manager to take full ownership of operations and drive performance across a diverse project portfolio. • End-to-end operational leadership across all functions • Managing multi-project portfolios across civil, MEP, and building projects • Driving delivery, cost control, and margin performance • Leading Heads of Department and cross-functional teams • Overseeing tendering, contracts, and project lifecycle execution • Strengthening governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks • Building client relationships and managing key stakeholders It suits someone who can bring structure, discipline, and leadership to a growing organisation while delivering strong commercial and operational outcomes. • 15+ years in construction or EPC environments • Proven experience in GM, Operations Director, or COO roles • Strong exposure to multi-project management • Solid commercial and contract management expertise • Experience in governance-driven or group environments • GCC experience preferred
