Head of Procurement and Logistics

Job Description : Head of Procurement & Logistics to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-paced and high-growth environment based in Kampala, Uganda. Location: #Uganda, #EastAfrica Key Responsibilities: Lead procurement planning, sourcing, inventory control & distribution Drive supplier development, vendor evaluation & contract management Ensure compliance with procurement policies and competitive bidding processes Optimize logistics, customs clearance & supply chain efficiency Implement cost control measures aligned with market trends Build strong stakeholder and supplier relationships Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in procurement & supply chain leadership Strong exposure to vendor management, tendering & contract negotiation Experience with SAP or procurement systems preferred Ability to manage large-scale operations under pressure Strong communication & leadership skills Ideal Candidate: A strategic and hands-on supply chain professional with proven experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management within FMCG Industry.
