Financial Controller

Job Description : Financial Controller | FMCG | Multi-Plant Operations Location: Lagos (Nigeria) We’re looking for a hands-on finance professional who can operate at the core of a high-volume, fast-paced FMCG / Beverage business. This is not a back-office role — you’ll be directly driving financial closing, controls, compliance, and SAP-led processes across multiple plants. What you’ll own: End-to-end month-end & year-end closing Full control over GL, balance sheet, and reconciliations Leadership of Accounts Payable + oversight on AR & Credit Control SAP financial operations Audit readiness, statutory reporting, and tax compliance Strengthening internal controls & process improvements What we’re looking for: CA / ACCA (preferred) 10 years in FMCG / Manufacturing Strong grip on SAP Experience managing AP/AR teams + tight closing timelines Solid exposure to IFRS ???? If your experience is limited to pure accounting or outsourced environments, this role will not fit. We need someone who has operated inside a complex, high-scale business.
