Job Description : Plastic Pallette operations Manager for leading fmcg group in africa angola Experience : 6 years Responsible for all the production related activity in the plant. Machine problem and mould problem analysis should be carried out. Random process setup checking should be done strictly. Daily production review meeting to conduct with team and should be documented. Shift changeover monitoring. Supervisor performance enhance with training. Grinding material generation control and consumption control to be monitored. Coordinating with Planning and production. Coordinate with team for development of manufacturing method process, tooling and moulds necessary to produce new products. DPR cross check. Monthly report to make. Coordinate with team to reduce the Breakdown time of machine and mould. Mould change time to monitor closely and undue delay should be avoided. All kind of requisitions from production floor to Store must be signed by PM. Monthly Budget Analysis. Monthly material reconciliation report to make with coordinating Package :1500USD +other standard
