Job Description : Chief Security Officer (CSO) KENYA Ex Indian army with 18+ years experience We are seeking a highly disciplined and strategic **Chief Security Officer (CSO)** to oversee the security operations and safety protocols of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a veteran of the armed forces with a proven track record of leadership, risk assessment, and crisis management. Key Responsibilities: Security Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect personnel, assets, and infrastructure. Surveillance & Monitoring: Oversee the deployment and maintenance of physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and perimeter alarms. Risk Management: Conduct regular security audits and threat assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks. Team Leadership: Supervise and train the internal security team and coordinate with third-party security vendors. Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for security emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services. Requirements & Qualifications Background: Must have a significant **Military background** (retired Commissioned Officer preferred). Skills: Exceptional leadership, physical fitness, and a deep understanding of intelligence gathering and loss prevention. Communication: Strong command of English (written and verbal) and the ability to draft concise security reports.
