Production Planning Support & Execution • Support production planning activities to meet daily and monthly output targets. • Monitor production schedules and highlight delays or issues to seniors. 2. Plant Operations Coordination • Assist in monitoring shop floor operations for smooth workflow. • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams to reduce operational disruptions. 3. Cost Monitoring & Resource Utilization • Track material consumption, manpower deployment, and operating expenses. • Support cost control initiatives as per approved budgets and guidelines. 4. Team Supervision & Discipline • Supervise shop-floor staff to ensure productivity and adherence to work instructions. • Support training initiatives and ensure compliance with safety and discipline norms. 5. Compliance & Documentation • Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and internal process requirements. • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and audit documentation. 6. Process Improvement & Project Support • Identify process gaps and suggest improvement opportunities. • Support implementation of improvement projects and new product trials.
