Job Description : Finance Manager Middle East, opening in Dubai with a global luxury beauty brand to support the regional business. 15+ years experience This is a key role within the team, working closely with senior leadership to manage financial performance, support decision-making, and ensure the business is operating efficiently from a financial perspective. It’s a good fit for someone who understands the pace of retail or beauty and is comfortable being hands-on while also thinking commercially. The role will cover budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, along with analysing performance across stores and markets. You’ll also be involved in managing costs, improving processes, and partnering with different teams across the business to support growth. There’s a strong element of business partnering here, so being able to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders is important. We’re looking for someone with solid experience in finance within retail, beauty, or a consumer-driven environment. Ideally you’ve worked in the region before and understand how things operate locally. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a practical approach to problem-solving are key.
