Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – A Listed MNC Manufacturing Company. Location: Maharashtra, India Compensation: 1 Cr To ?1.3 Cr CTC per annum Confidential Search Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a well-established, listed multinational organization. The role requires a strategic finance leader who can partner with senior leadership to drive business growth, ensure financial governance, and support long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis aligned with business objectives Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team Manage financial operations across multiple manufacturing locations and offices Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives Lead fundraising activities, banking relationships, and treasury management Handle mergers, acquisitions, and related due diligence/integration activities Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate governance, and listing requirements Manage relationships with auditors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities Drive digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial processes Support manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives from a finance perspective Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred Proven experience as a senior finance leader/CFO in a listed MNC environment in India Strong exposure to the manufacturing sector with multi-location operations Demonstrated experience in fundraising, M&A, and strategic finance Hands-on experience in digital finance transformation and ERP systems (SAP HANA preferred) Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills High level of integrity, governance orientation, and analytical capability Age: Preferably below 51 years.
