Key Responsibilities • Oversee full financial operations for luxury hotel assets • Drive profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting • Ensure compliance with international and local standards • Lead finance teams across multiple departments Requirements • 10+ years in hospitality finance leadership • Strong commercial finance and P&L ownership • Experience with luxury or international hotel brands Compensation & Benefits • SAR 45,000 – 65,000/month • Accommodation + meals + transport • Annual flights + bonus structure • Career progression within global brand
