Key Responsibilities * Own Primary & Secondary sales performance across channels and markets * Drive regional sales strategy, AOP execution, and RTM effectiveness * Lead trade activations to win in wholesale and traditional trade * Build strong distributor partnerships and improve execution discipline * Coach and lead a multi?country sales team Candidate Profile * 15+ years FMCG experience with strong sales leadership exposure * Prior Regional/National Sales role experience * Strong background in Sales, Trade Marketing, RTM
