Regional Director

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE a American Multinational with strong global presence and have experienced double digit growth within APAC region in the last couple of years. As part of their succession planning, they are now looking for a Finance Director to oversee the regional entities in Singapore while supporting the business head in its growth plans. Reporting to the Regional CFO and dotted to APAC President, you will manage teams located in different countries and play an instrumental role in heading up the finance function for the region. You will play be a trusted Finance business partner to the General Managers, Country Sales Directors, Head of Operations and Supply Chain across the region in providing insights and driving key business decisions. You will oversee the project controlling function and advise on revenue recognition. You should be an advocate for continuous improvement works and partake in centralization/system upgrade projects. Ideally, you should be a degree qualified CPA/CA, with minimally 12 years' post graduation experience, ideally in Engineering/Industrial Automation related industries. A self-motivated leader and team player, you are pro-active and independent. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; and are comfortable dealing with all levels of staff across borders. You possess a willingness and ability to be 'hands-on' and are meticulous. Experience in SAP system knowledge will be a great plus.
