Compensation: Up to ?80-90L A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a seasoned Sr. General Manager / AVP – Engineering Head to spearhead operations at its Injectables Manufacturing Plant. ? Role Highlights: ???? Lead engineering & technical operations for sterile injectable facilities ???? Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU & other regulated market standards ???? Drive equipment qualification, validation & preventive maintenance programs ???? Oversee utilities, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives ???? Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence ? Candidate Profile: ? B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) with Strong engineering leadership in injectables manufacturing and currently heading site engineering as HOD ? Hands-on expertise in regulated markets (US, EU, WHO, etc.) ? Proven track record in sterile facility operations & compliance ? Ability to manage large teams and scale operations in a growth-driven environment
