Job Description : Project Manager for our Oil & Gas EPC Project in Dubai. Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Job Location: Dubai (Project Site) Budget - Based on experience & hike will be provided on current salary Roles & Responsibilities: 1. 20 years of management experience, 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas construction project environment, PMP certification (Preferred) and proven track record in large/ medium-scale civil and infrastructure works. 2. Overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring, and control of civil works, including deep excavation, Backfilling, raft and equipment foundations, Concrete Placing, site clearance, Formwork and Rebar Works, Earthworks, Underground works, Piping (CS, Concrete, RTP), roads, yards, and associated infrastructure. 3. Ensure works are executed in line with approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs. 4. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and manage all interfaces with Client, PMC, vendors, and statutory authorities. Plan and manage project manpower, equipment, and material resources 5. Control project schedule, cost, quality, risk, and contract administration in line with approved baselines and contractual requirements. 6. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and commercial terms. Oversee preparation and submission of (Interim payment applications, Variations and change orders, Extension of time (EOT) claims, where applicable), and Support negotiations with Client and Consultant on commercial and contractual matters.
