Job Description : FINANCE HEAD – Retail / FMCG ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 40,000 to AED 50,000 p.m based on your experience and profile Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber, business-driven Finance Head to transform a family-owned business into a structured, scalable enterprise. you will drive profitability, governance maturity, and long-term value creation across a multi-brand group. Note: you must have Islamic / Shariah finance experience Key Responsibilities: ???? Drive financial strategy, investment agendas, and long-range planning for multi-brand operations. ???? Shape pricing, brand expansion, and channel profitability across UAE and global markets. ???? Transition a family business into a modern corporate structure with robust risk management ???? Lead global treasury, manufacturing finance/costing, and digital transformation (ERP/BI). Requirements: ???? 15–20 years of experience (Multi-brand, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred). ???? *Demonstrated experience in Shariah compliant Finance* ???? Pedigree: Demonstrated track record of scaling 3-4 reputable brands. ???? Deep expertise in IFRS, Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, and Legal/Compliance governance. ???? Strong ownership, resilience in high-pressure environments, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
