Job Description : EPC COUNTRY HEAD INTERNATIONAL a large organization in the business services sector, specializing in construction projects. They have an established reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across various regions. Job Description Oversee all Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Lead the implementation and management of distribution networks in challenging environments. Develop and execute strategies for project execution and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Build and maintain relationships with local partners and regulatory authorities. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality guidelines in all operations. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Country Head - EPC should have: Extensive experience in Transmission & Distribution projects. Proven expertise in implementing distribution network projects. Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa is preferred. Strong leadership and project management skills.
