Industry: White Goods & Home Appliances Recruten is exclusively mandated to place a National Sales Manager-Expatriate, for one of Nigeria's fastest-growing appliances and electronics businesses. This is a senior leadership mandate for a commercially strategic professional with a strong background in South Asian or Indian-owned appliances and electronics brands, particularly those with operations or distribution presence across West or Sub-Saharan Africa. You will set the commercial direction, lead distribution strategy, and hold full accountability for revenue performance across the country. What You Will Drive: ? Own national sales P&L and revenue targets ? Lead modern trade and distribution strategy ? Manage and grow key retail partnerships ? Build and lead a high-performance national sales team ? Drive channel expansion across geographies ? Provide commercial intelligence to executive leadership You Are The Right Fit If You Have: ? 12–15 years of sales experience within Indian or South Asian appliances/electronics brands ? Proven experience managing commercial operations in African markets ? 5+ years in senior leadership with direct P&L ownership ? Deep modern trade and distribution expertise ? A track record of building and scaling sales organisations in emerging markets ? Strong commercial and strategic thinking with cross-cultural leadership ability
