Job Description : Human Resources Business Officer - UAE HR strategy, objectives, and budget · Contribute to the definition of the P&C key inputs to the overall AP strategy as well as to set the objectives. · Provide the key HR-related inputs to on business plan. Function Organization and management · Contribute to the definition of the P&C enabling function organization at the Corporate level. · Propose the HR organization, the required profiles, staffing, job descriptions, and KPI’s. Resource Planning · Monitor the realization of the resource plans and staffing budgets and take corrective actions as needed Day to day HR key activities · Contribute to all HR key activities related to the Key Talent Pool · Provide general HR support to unit/line managers Communication . communications plan and implement. . Establish and roll out any specific internal communication plan. Minimum Experience: . 8-10 years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years as an HR Business partner in a matrix organization.
