FACTORY MANAGER

Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER (FOOD MANUFACTURING) THAILAND We are currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager / Factory Manager to join a growing Food Manufacturing company. This role requires a strong leader who is hands-on, operationally strong, and able to drive performance across production, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Key Requirements: - Minimum 8–15 years experience in manufacturing, preferably Food / FMCG - Proven experience leading plant operations end-to-end (Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Supply Chain) - Strong knowledge in food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC is a plus) - Able to drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost efficiency - Strong people management skill (handling large workforce) - Fluent in English (mandatory) - Must be hands-on and able to work directly on-site with the team
