Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 + benefits Are you a Maintenance Manager with a strong lubricants manufacturing background? I’m partnering with a leading lubricants business in the UAE looking for someone to take full ownership of plant maintenance, drive equipment reliability, and significantly reduce downtime. This is a high-impact role where you will: ?? Lead maintenance strategy across the plant ???? Reduce breakdowns and improve efficiency ????????? Manage a team and external contractors ???? Control maintenance budgets ????? Support plant upgrades, automation, and expansion projects ???? Non-negotiable: You must have hands-on experience within a lubricants manufacturing environment. Profiles without this will not be considered. What we’re looking for: ?? Proven maintenance experience in lubricants manufacturing ?? Strong mechanical & electrical expertise ?? Track record of improving plant performance ?? Experience with projects and continuous improvement ???? Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering ???? Minimum 10 years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment ???? Knowledge of ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and equipment calibration processes
