Industry: Pharma (Mandatory) International candidates welcome Must have strong exposure in Pharma Plant HR Proven experience as Plant HR Head / Lead role Strong command over HR analytics, MIS & reporting Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage overall Plant HR & IR activities Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding & workforce planning Strong exposure in HR Admin, Payroll, Compliance & Statutory regulations Manage Industrial Relations (IR), union handling & disciplinary actions Drive performance management system (PMS) and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with labour laws, audits & documentation Develop and implement HR policies & SOPs aligned with plant operations Handle training & development, succession planning & talent management Strong coordination with cross-functional teams & senior management Excellent communication.
