Job Description : RETAIL MANAGER – NAIROBI CBD About the Role As the Retail Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and brand consistency Drive sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and customer engagement strategies Monitor stock levels, pricing, and product displays to optimize sales performance Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to achieve targets and deliver excellent service Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including photographers and business clients Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly Prepare sales and performance reports, providing actionable insights Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and within Nairobi’s creative community Qualifications & Experience Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail management (consumer electronics or lifestyle products preferred) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and retail reporting tools Experience managing high-traffic retail stores or multiple outlets is an added advantage
