Job Description : DGM GHANA Industry: Manufacturing (Tanks Division – Roto) We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Deputy General Manager (Operations & Sales). This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in driving business performance by aligning manufacturing operations with commercial and sales strategies. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Drive alignment between production, market demand, and customer expectations • Oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, and dispatch • Support and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth • Manage dealer/distributor networks and key customer relationships • Monitor KPIs including production efficiency, sales performance, and profitability • Optimize operational and commercial costs • Lead cross-functional teams across operations and sales • Ensure compliance with operational standards and regulations ???? Key Requirements: • 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or commercial roles • Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role • Strong exposure to both operations and sales/commercial functions • Preferred background in plastics, industrial products, packaging, or FMCG • Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
