Job Description : Business Head – Luxury Fashion Retail CTC: Up to ?80 LPA Location: Gurgaon Role Lead and drive the overall business for a luxury fashion brand, with full ownership of P&L, retail operations, expansion, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end P&L and business performance Drive retail growth, store expansion, and omni-channel strategy Lead sales, operations, merchandising, and customer experience Build strong brand positioning and market presence Manage high-value stakeholders, partners, and global teams Build and lead high-performing teams Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in Luxury Fashion Retail Currently in / ready for a Business Head / Category Head / Retail Head role Strong track record of scaling luxury brands and driving profitability Experience in P&L management, retail expansion, and team leadership Candidates must be from luxury brands only
