Job Description : Finance Operations Leader – F&A (RTR, AP, AR & FP&A) ???? Mumbai / Pune | ???? ?60–80 LPA (incl. ~25% variable) We are looking for a business-facing Finance Operations leader who has strong command over end-to-end F&A processes (RTR, AP, AR, FP&A) and has driven large-scale delivery / shared services / GCC environments. This is a high ownership, operations + transformation mandate with strong stakeholder exposure. ???? What You Will Be Doing - Partner with Account Managers to drive account growth & business planning - Lead end-to-end transition planning (people, infra, tech, training, SOW/MSA sign-offs) - Manage large-scale finance operations delivery (RTR, AP, AR, FP&A) - Drive governance frameworks across performance, compliance & engagement - Own financial performance, budgeting & monthly reviews - Identify opportunities for resource optimization & cost efficiency - Drive revenue enhancement within existing engagements - Engage with global stakeholders to improve CSAT & relationship health - Build strong talent pipeline, succession planning & team capability ????
