Job Description : MANUFACTURING HEAD BREMEN GERMANY Open to International candidates This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals with deep expertise in automotive manufacturing and sunroof/roof systems. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Drive manufacturing strategy with strong focus on Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) • Lead end-to-end plant operations – production, maintenance & process excellence • Deliver on plant KPIs – productivity, efficiency, quality & safety • Champion Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure strict HSE compliance and regulatory adherence • Optimize plant costs, capital utilization & waste reduction • Oversee production planning, budgeting & maintenance schedules • Build and mentor high-performing teams ???? What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electronics Engineering • 25+ years of experience, including 10+ years in the automotive sector • Mandatory experience in sunroof manufacturing / automotive roof systems • Strong leadership exposure in managing large manufacturing setups • Proven track record in driving operational excellence and cost optimization • Hands-on experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
