Job Description : Workshop Manager – Fleet & Heavy Vehicles (International Role) ???? Location: Arusha / Monduli, Tanzania We are looking for a Workshop Manager to take full ownership of a fleet of ~70 vehicles in a high-discipline, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end workshop operations and fleet uptime • Implement strict preventive maintenance systems • Diagnose issues and supervise mechanics hands-on • Enforce workflow discipline and operational control • Manage ERP job cards, parts tracking, and reporting • Ensure strong inventory control and anti-theft measures Ideal Candidate •12 years in fleet workshop management • Strong diesel diagnostics expertise • Experience with Toyota 70 Series vehicles • Proven team handling (mechanics/technicians) • ERP experience (mandatory) • Diploma / B.E.
