Job Description : CEO – Steel / Tubes and Fabrication (Multiple Plants), Hyderabad INDIA Key Responsibilities: Own all aspects of P&L including revenue growth, business development, operational excellence, technology, commercial, and human resources. Lead business development initiatives, farming and hunting new accounts through the BD team. Build and sustain manufacturing and operating capabilities across CRSS, CRFS, Tubes, Solar, and related product lines. Ensure availability of resources, including finance, for project funding. Scale current turnover of 1500 Cr per annum to 2500 Cr within 2–3 years. Candidate Profile: Proven track record of leadership in large-scale manufacturing organizations. Strong experience in steel, tubes, and fabrication industries. Ability to drive growth across multiple plants and product segments.
