Job Description : Business Head – (HVAC / Insulation Business) Location: Gurugram Experience: 20–25 Years Industry Preference: B2B Sales, HVAC, Nitrile Rubber, Insulation & XLPE building materials, ducting & filters or relevant industrial products. Role Objective (80% Sales & Business Development, 20% Plant performance and P&L) The Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Sales & Operations will drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and execution discipline across sales, manufacturing/ Ops, supply chain, and customer delivery. The role ensures strong alignment between sales strategy and operational capability to achieve profitable and scalable growth Job Description /Key Responsibilities Translate business strategy into executable sales and operations plans. Develop and execute national sales strategy, business plans, and revenue targets. Build, manage, and lead zonal/regional sales teams across India. Drive new business through Retail, Dealers & consultant channel network Expand channel network – Distributors, Dealers, Architects & Consultants, Govt. projects Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategy. Strengthen brand positioning and support marketing initiatives. Key account management and customer relationship management. Ensure monthly/quarterly sales forecasting and business reporting. Ensure profitability, credit control, and receivable management. Own P&L for Sales & Operations. Drive EBITDA improvement through revenue growth and cost discipline. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance review cadence. Oversee manufacturing/operations, supply chain, planning, and customer fulfilment. Ensure alignment of sales forecasts with production and delivery capabilities (S&OP). Oversee manufacturing/operations, supply chain, planning, and customer fulfilment. Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and on-time delivery. Lead process excellence initiatives (Lean, TPM, System & Digitization). Key KPIs Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and on-time delivery. Revenue growth & gross margin EBITDA & cost optimization Sales forecast accuracy & S&OP adherence On-time delivery & customer satisfaction Working capital & inventory management Own P&L, Drive EBITDA improvement through revenue growth and cost optimization. Desired Candidate Profile BE / B. Tech, MBA preferred (Sales / Operations / Business Strategy). 25–30 years of experience in sales & Business operations leadership, lastly working as Country Head, Business Head or COO Proven experience in HVAC & Insulation industry Strong dealer–distributor network exposure. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Strong business acumen and result-oriented mind-set. Willingness to travel extensively.
