Job Description : Project Director – Facilities Management (MEP Background) ???? Location: Doha ???? Industry: Facilities Management Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Director to lead and manage large-scale Facilities Management (FM) projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering and a proven track record in overseeing complex operations, ensuring service excellence, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) Minimum 18 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Strong MEP engineering background with hands-on knowledge of building systems Proven experience managing large, complex FM projects in the GCC region (Qatar experience preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and contracts Knowledge of CAFM systems and FM best practices Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFM, FMP, or equivalent) Experience in managing high-profile commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments Knowledge of sustainability standards and energy management systems
