Job Description : AVP PROJECTS MONTREAL CANADA he role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and plant projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage greenfield and brownfield projects for API manufacturing facilities Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, EHS, and QA Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GMP, safety, and environmental norms Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants for project execution Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Drive cost optimization without compromising quality and compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership Key Requirements Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 20+ years in API Pharma or Chemical industry Proven experience in handling large-scale industrial projects Strong knowledge of plant design, construction, and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Exposure to international project standards and best practices is an added advantage
