20 yearsJob Description : Corporate Admin Head GHANA 1. Administrative Operations Manage daily administration activities across assigned locations Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, travel, security, and infrastructure Implement admin policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines. 2. ISO & Documentation Support Support ISO certification and surveillance audits . Maintain documentation, records, and process alignment Assist in driving quality and process improvement initiatives 3. Audit Coordination Coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO audits Prepare required documentation and track closure of audit observations Work closely with internal stakeholders for audit readiness 4. Vendor Management Manage vendor onboarding, negotiations, and performance tracking Ensure SLA adherence and service quality Support cost control and budget tracking initiatives Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in corporate administration, Preferably in similar sector BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) Mandatory experience in the sector, with proven experience managing large administrative budgets and driving cost optimization in complex organizational environments. Proven experience in ISO certification, audits, and compliance management
