Job Description : CCW (Cement Industry) ZAMBIA We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Head – CCW (Captive/Cluster Cement Works) to lead our plant’s technical operations and drive excellence in performance, efficiency, and sustainability. ???? Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end technical operations of the cement plant (CCW unit) • Optimize kiln, raw mill, and grinding operations for maximum efficiency • Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and environmental regulations • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process issues • Implement best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability • Mentor and develop the technical team ???? Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Cement Technology • 15–20 years of experience in the cement industry, with strong exposure to plant operations • Proven leadership experience in managing large technical teams • Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes (Kiln, Clinkerisation, Grinding) • Exposure to modern automation systems and digital tools preferred
