Job Description : GM AUTO GCC is a prominent automotive dealer group operating in a key GCC market, representing a portfolio of volume brands. With a strong platform in place and a clear appetite for continued growth, they are seeking a General Manager to take full P&L responsibility and lead the business with authority and precision. You will carry full P&L responsibility and play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the dealerships. Day to day, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage key OEM relationships, and ensure the business operates at the standard its brands and its customer’s demand. You will bring a structured approach to financial reporting and performance analysis, using data to drive decisions and holding the operation accountable at every level. Alongside the commercial focus, you will be a visible, energising presence for your teams, with the ability to develop talent, retain high performers, and build a culture that delivers results consistently. A minimum of seven years' experience operating at General Manager level within a franchised dealership environment. A stable, progressive career history that demonstrates sustained growth and increasing accountability across each appointment. Genuine financial fluency, including hands-on ownership of budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis at dealership or group level. A proven track record of building, leading, and retaining strong teams within a demanding, results-focused environment. Demonstrable experience managing manufacturer relationships and maintaining alignment with OEM standards and processes. The personal qualities of energy, resilience, and a clear sense of purpose, with the appetite for a long-term commitment within a well-structured, reputable organisation.
