Job Description : Assistant General Manager - Business Finance & Investor Relations UAE QUALIFICATION - CA or MBA (Finance) / Strong background associated with pharmaceuticals industry or have handled Pharma Clients / Expertise in financial modelling, capital budgeting, and valuation (Qualification can be CA -Inter,CMA ,ICWA but role matters more ) Major Part -Investor Relations with Finance EXPERIENCE - 13 -17 years JOB DESCRIPTION - Reporting to : CFO , Seeking a seasoned finance professional to support the CFO in driving Business Finance across its three business segments - APIs, CDMO services and Complex Injectables, and lead the role of Investor Relations for the group. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior leadership, external stakeholders, and strategic decision-making. Partner with business leadership to evaluate new projects, contracts, and commercial proposals through rigorous financial analysis and risk assessment. Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization initiatives across organization. Articulate the company's growth strategy to investors and key stakeholders. Manage investor queries and ensure timely, accurate and consistent disclosures.
