Job Description : Group Finance Head – East Africa We are looking for a senior finance leader to join a diversified business group as a Group CFO / Finance Head, overseeing multi-country operations across East Africa. ???? Location:- East Africa ???? Experience:- 18–28 years ???? Qualification:- CA / CMA (Mandatory) ???? Role Highlights ? Lead group-level financial strategy & transformation ? Manage 5–20+ entities with full P&L ownership ? Drive financial consolidation, MIS, FP&A, budgeting & forecasting ? Partner with Board, investors & key stakeholders ? Lead treasury, fundraising & capital management ? Ensure cross-border compliance, governance & risk management ???? Preferred Background ? Experience in Manufacturing / Trading / Hospitality sectors ? Strong exposure to emerging markets / Africa ?? Must-Have ???? Prior East Africa experience is mandatory
