Job Description : Sales Manager – Off Highway Tyres (LATAM Region) Preferred Location: LATAM (Preferred) / India (Optional) Department: Off Highway Tyres Unit Joining: Immediate Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across the LATAM region for Off Highway Tyres, with a strong focus on container load (bulk) business and distributor network expansion. Key Responsibilities & Requirements - Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence across LATAM. - Manage and expand container load business with distributors and key clients. - Identify new opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract closures. - Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution. - Achieve sales targets and ensure regional profitability. - MBA qualification. - 15+ years of tyre industry experience (Off Highway Tyres preferred). - Strong experience in export/container load sales. - In-depth knowledge of LATAM markets and distribution networks. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. LATAM-based candidates preferred; India-based candidates with good LATAM experience may also be considered.
