This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving plant efficiency, sales growth, market expansion, and overall business profitability. ???? Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end plant operations including production, planning, and dispatch Drive sales strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion Align production capacity with market demand Manage dealer/distributor networks and key customer relationships Ensure cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability Deliver strong cross-functional leadership across operations & sales teams ???? Ideal Candidate: 10–12+ years in plastics / roto moulding / packaging industry Proven experience in both operations and sales/commercial roles Strong exposure to plant management + business development Experience handling P&L and team leadership Background in plastic tanks / industrial plastics / packaging preferred
