Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER OMAN Managing effectively the Project Operations so that projects are completed on time and cost is under control. Providing direction to the Project Site Teams so that all existing projects are meeting set goals. Planning for all resource requirements (both men & material) in conjunction with General Manager, Finance and HR team. Providing actual cost estimates to Finance team. Assisting the Planning Department for preparation of project schedules. Ensuring that necessary inputs are provided to the Finance team so that timely billing and collection activities can be completed. Reviewing and approving PQP. Preparing CTC Reports and presenting it to the Sr. Management of QBG-C. Providing support and direction to Project teams so as to retain competent Human Resources. Providing project/technical updates during critical negotiations with Clients/Consultants.
