Job Description : COO FMCG NIGERIA 20+ years experience Job Description & Responsibilities - Plans, directs, and oversees a company's operational aspects, policies, rules, initiatives, and goals. Helps organisation execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership. - Develops and implements growth strategies. KEY JOB PERFORMANCE AREAS: - Overall Operations, Production controls and efficiencies. - Manage the entire Supply Chain effectively. - Managing the Annual Budgetary process - Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally. - Determining areas of potential cost reduction and productivity, improving and implementing systems to drive, capture and entrench savings and improvements - Assume responsibility for revenue generation and execution of business strategy plans. - Prepare and circulate MIS reports to keep track of operational aspects. (Sales, Production, Yield, Gross Margin, Profit, Manufacturing variances etc) - Monitor organisational performance reporting systems - Identify and implement action plans to ensure continuing profitable operations to maximise returns on investments - Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts behind inefficiencies by analysing facts and develop a timeous solution - Coordinate the development and implementation of financial systems, record keeping systems, or other administrative control processes - Review and vetting of Monthly Financials prior to circulation - Approving authority for porting the relevant information in the ERP system.
