Cement plant Process

Job Description : Cement plant Process & Quality Director. Reporting to GM. Location: Uzbekistan; long-term contract; permanent staying; dry line; RSP; coal; 3000 tpd. Role: lead process and quality functions. Responsibilities: quality assurance, lab accuracy, process optimization, stuff coaching, new products launching; change management. Conditions: official employment; accommodation, corporate car, relocation support; two round-trip flights per year including spouse and minors; mobile; 20 days per year paid holidays; attractive fixed salary + possible performance bonus. Benefits will be applied after 3 months probation period. Requirements: expert knowledge; proven achievements; references; fluent English; Russian language is highly desirable but not mandatory; Uzbek or Turkish language are preferable, but not mandatory.
